Currently recruiting an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team, who will manage and oversee all contractual agreements and processes within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage contracts pertaining to (but not limited to) long/short term cleaning contracts, insurance, suppliers, staff and subcontractors, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and obligations specific to company processes. Coordinate and schedule auditing activities, including arranging meetings, gathering necessary documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and track contracts and invoices, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines, and provide regular updates to relevant parties. Collaborate with auditors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and smooth execution of all service processes. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and propose solutions to minimize potential liabilities. Resolve any disputes or issues arising from cleaning contracts, including claims and variations and service agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records. Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. Stay updated on relevant contract agreement regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to contract administration. Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent in Contract Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with auditors and stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
