Seeking an Asset Associate with an understanding of the market settlement process for fixed interest, equities and exchange traded derivatives. The Opportunity We have partnered with a global financial institution and are excited to represent an interesting 12 months contract role to join their middle office division. We seek a skilled Asset Administration Analyst with experience in Back Office / Middle Office operational support, with exposure across a range of financial instrument types (including Equities, Fixed Interest and Derivatives). The Role: This role sits within a team of nine, who take a collaborative approach to their tasks with responsibilities as below: Asset Pricing Validation: Identify and resolve stale, missing, or out-of-tolerance pricing using SimCorp Dimension. Security Setup & Maintenance: Create and update securities based on FO and stakeholder requests. Data Checks: Validate FX rates, reference rates, and contract quotes within internal systems. Private Debt Valuations: Run and review pricing models; address valuation queries from front office teams. OTC Derivatives: Reconcile counterparty valuations; manage ongoing collateral disputes. Risk Management: Escalate potential process risks and participate in continuous process improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong internal relationships with teams across FO, IT, and operations. Project Participation: Contribute to team initiatives and data-related project work as required. About you: Minimum 2-3 years experience in a relevant role Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, corporate actions and funds management Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and communications skills Experience of using pricing services and portals (e.g. Bloomberg, S&P, LSEG, and ICE).
