This position reports to the Team Leader - Parks and Recreation and is responsible for carrying out grounds maintenance of Community usage areas including sportsgrounds, parks, open space and cemeteries for Parks and Recreation Services across Isaac Regional Council. ABOUT THE ROLE As a LR Truck Driver, you will be required to: Operate and maintain light rigid trucks and equipment for ground maintenance. Perform general gardening and landscaping duties including mowing, whipper snipping, spraying, and irrigation. Use hand tools, power tools, chainsaws, and pole saws for maintenance tasks. Support graffiti removal and general upkeep of community spaces. Work collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality public amenities. Construction White/Blue Card. Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment. Clean driving record.
