Administration Officer — Perth, Perth Region

Our client, a prominent Education Facility located South of the River, is currently seeking a dynamic Administration Officer to provide professional administration and customer service support. Our client will consider temp to perm opportunities for this role. This role involves: Prioritising incoming correspondence and initiating items for action Manage all workflow processes Maintain student records Provide statistical data and information Participate in strategy meetings Maintain accurate information in the database systems Essential Criteria: A tertiary qualification with at least 5 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, qualifications, and training Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Exceptional time-management and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to make decisions when required and to be proactive Excellent presentation Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months) Current Working With Children WA Check Previous experience working in an Education Facility will be highly regarded.
