Human Resource Administrators (2 Roles Available) Location: Logan, QLD Work type: 6 month labour hire contract Salary: $58.02 per hour, plus super We’re seeking two motivated and capable Human Resources Administrators to join a busy and supportive government HR team. These roles offer the chance to contribute to high-impact HR operations in a large and complex organisation, providing critical support across both general HR and training systems. HR Support Administrator – General As a key member of the HR operations team, your responsibilities will include: • Providing accurate and timely advice on HR procedures, including employee and industrial relations matters. • Preparing documentation, reports, and HR records that support broader people and culture strategies. • Ensuring HR processes align with policy and contribute to the organisation’s goals. • Supporting recruitment and retention activities across multiple business areas. • Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, treating all individuals with respect and professionalism. • Assisting with research and analysis of emerging workforce trends and supporting the implementation of approved workforce initiatives. 2. HR Data & Systems Support Administrator – Training and Development In this role, you'll provide essential support to the training and development function. Key duties include: • Coordinating onboarding activities and training logistics, including room setup, materials preparation, attendance tracking and feedback collation. • Maintaining systems and records related to training delivery, staff development and onboarding programs. • Liaising between operational teams and the training unit to ensure smooth communication and effective scheduling. • Assisting with the review, development and update of training content and resources. • Contributing to reporting and evaluation of training programs, helping to inform continuous improvement efforts. Highly desirable: • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards) for the HR Data & Systems Support role. • Strong written communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills across both positions. • High level of computer literacy and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously. About you You’ll be a team player with: • Previous experience in a similar HR support role. • A strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. • The ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure. • A collaborative and proactive approach to work. • A genuine interest in HR operations and public service delivery.
