Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Kindergarten Administrator to support the smooth daily operations of our community-based early kindergarten. This vital role works closely with our Director, Educational Leader, Committee of Management, bookkeeper, and accountant to ensure our kindergarten continues to operate efficiently and reflect our philosophy and values. This is a part-time role (15 hours per week), offering flexible working arrangements within kindergarten operational hours. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting both our educational team and our broader kindergarten community. This role will commence ASAP. There is potential for more hours in the future. Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll, invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations Support the kindergarten’s day-to-day business operations Provide timely phone and email support to families and the wider community. Liaise with the Committee of Management and key staff for reporting and compliance. Qualifications Qualifications/Preferred Skills Previous experience in early childhood or education administration is preferred Familiarity with platforms such as Xero, EnrolNow, Arrival/KIMS, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel ) Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality Understanding of the philosophy and values underpinning early childhood educatio
