Key Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact on-site for incoming maintenance queries to then direct to the appropriate person Maintaining archiving systems whilst ensuring all records and electronic files are accurate and secure Raise purchase orders and internal requisition orders Work closely with vendors to manage timelines on the above whilst managing timelines and expectations Have internal discussions around terms and conditions of certain PO’s Work closely with supply chain, purchasing, and maintenance team to ensure all staff are up to speed on necessary changes or communications Manage incoming and outgoing employees Your Skills: To be considered for this role, you’ll need: Australian citizenship A naturally outgoing personality and approach to your work Proven ability in working with a range of personnel and teams business-wide A strong attention to detail Experience in processing purchase orders A strong focus towards site health and safety whilst holding others accountable Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office programs The ability to consistently prioritise workload whilst managing your time effectively We Encourage You to Apply: After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
