About the Role We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is a high-volume outbound role, focused on reaching out to potential clients and reactivating dormant accounts. You’ll spend your day making calls, sending follow-ups, and supporting campaign activity. All with the goal of securing interest and booking appointments for our Sales and Client Success teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally with exposure to outbound calls or sales, who’s ready to sharpen their commercial skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. While the focus is outbound, you may also assist with inbound enquiries to support the broader team. What You’ll Be Doing Make high-volume outbound calls and send follow-up emails to engage new leads and dormant clients Reconnect with inactive accounts and introduce Cabcharge solutions Persuasively communicate our value proposition and secure meetings or callbacks with interested clients Support campaign-based outreach in alignment with business growth goals Refer warm opportunities to the Sales or Client Success team for follow-up Keep detailed records of all activity in our CRM (HubSpot) We’ll train you Occasionally assist with inbound enquiries to ensure a seamless client experience Share insights from conversations to improve messaging and targeting About You 1–2 years of experience in customer service, contact centre, or a phone-based role Persuasive communicator who’s confident speaking with people and uncovering needs Comfortable making outbound calls and securing interest or appointments Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Well-organised with strong attention to detail Experience using a CRM like HubSpot is a bonus, but not essential A collaborative team player who enjoys working towards shared goals Life at Cabcharge A dynamic, supportive, and social team environment.
