Customer Service Representative (Driver) Casual — Mulgrave, Monash Area

You’ll deliver and collect vehicles, ensure they’re spotless, and create a great handover experience — all while helping customers get back on the road after an accident. Your responsibilities will include: Driving vehicles to and from customer locations using GPS and traffic apps Handing over vehicles in a friendly, professional manner Collecting vehicles and completing electronic forms via iPad Cleaning and detailing vehicles inside and out within timeframes Following all safety, traffic, and vehicle care protocols Working with your branch team to support daily schedules and customer needs What You’ll Bring A current Australian driver’s licence A strong focus on customer service — any industry experience welcome Good communication, reliability, and team spirit Physically fit and able to wash, clean, and move vehicles safely Well-presented and professional in appearance Confident using mobile devices or tablets for basic data entry Previous driving or vehicle-handling experience is a bonus, not required Why Join Compass Working at Compass means being part of a supportive team where your contribution is valued, and your development is supported.
