About the Role We’re partnering with our client to find an energetic and organised sales & events professional to join their Melbourne based team. This is a dynamic and varied role, suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing client accounts and playing a key part in event success. You’ll act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients supporting everything from lead generation and quoting through to booking coordination and post-event follow-up. This position blends sales, client service and operational coordination in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and web Proactively generate outbound leads and identify new business opportunities Manage and grow B2B client relationships (schools, event agencies, etc.) Support the sales team with quoting, proposals, and invoices Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system Coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery Assist with marketing initiatives and social media activity Attend events, expos, and client meetings as required Monitor industry trends and ensure client satisfaction and retention Skills & Experience Background in the events or conferencing sector is essential Experience creating pitch decks and sales proposals is required Exposure to social media or basic marketing is preferable Confidence managing multiple client accounts and priorities Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and in a team Apply now to be part of a creative, high-performing team!
