Current Vacancies Kingswood: 35 hours/week, Full-Time (Temporary to April 2026) South Penrith: 16 hours/week, Part-Time (Temporary to April 2026, Thursday & Friday) Cambridge Gardens: – 35 hours/week, Full-Time (Temporary to October 2025) – 24 hours/week, Part-Time (Temporary to July 2025) St Clair: – 35 hours/week, Full-Time (Permanent) – 30 hours/week, Part-Time (Permanent, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3pm) Your day will involve Lead and inspire young learners in a supportive and inclusive environment Design and implement engaging educational programs that foster children's development Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to create enriching learning experiences Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Ensure the highest standards of safety, well-being, and quality education for all children in your care What are we looking for (Essential Criteria) Completion of a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) qualification NESA Accreditation Experience supervising and interacting with children 0-12 years old Working with children check (WWCC) Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012) Ability to follow safeguarding priorities Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks to get things done efficiently Available to work between 6.30am - 6pm What’s on offer Career opportunities including study support and capability mapping of your skills to enable you to grow to your full potential 15 days personal leave per year Health and wellbeing leave 18 weeks paid maternity leave Access to fitness passport Complimentary access to Ripples Leisure Centres
