The Opportunity This full-time role sits within the firm’s Taxation team, working directly with a Partner and Special Counsel, while also gaining exposure to the Private Enterprise team. You’ll play an essential role in managing case files, contributing to litigation, and supporting technical legal work. Key Responsibilities: Researching, interpreting, and applying legislation Preparation and analysis of case notes and legal research summaries Managing the discovery phase of cases, including client interviews and legal research Drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents Creating and running data rooms Using litigation support systems to assist the team Liaising with clients and assisting in the delivery of quality legal outcomes About You: An experienced Paralegal with a background in Taxation or Commercial Litigation A law student with proven legal experience, in a commercial litigation team or similar, who can work full-time and has at least two years remaining in your degree Detail-oriented, curious, and genuinely interested in technical and legislation-based areas of law The Offer: Salary bracket: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience Team: Work closely with a knowledgeable and approachable Partner Progression: Clear internal development opportunities within a national structure Environment: Supportive, collaborative, and focused on technical excellence Ready to step into a rewarding Paralegal role in Taxation law?
