What You’ll Be Doing Managing new projects end-to-end, from kick-off to final handover Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and automation systems that make homes smarter than your average CEO Diagnosing faults and interpreting plans, diagrams, and specs like it’s second nature Leading by example on-site and keeping things on schedule and on spec Collaborating with clients, builders, and other trades to bring high-end smart homes to life Keeping safety front and centre while delivering work that’s clean, precise, and regulation-ready What We Expect From You You show up on time and ready to go You take pride in a tidy site, a clean van, and a sharp uniform You communicate clearly and confidently—whether it's with the director, a builder, or a client You can manage teams, schedules, and gear like a boss You keep your gear tagged, your documentation tight, and your standards high If you're ready to be part of a crew building homes that look like they belong in a Marvel movie, hit us up.
