We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administration Assistant to join the team of our Elsternwick centre. As the Administration Assistant, you will partner with our Management team to build strong relationships with our families and children along with our amazing team. You will play a pivotal role in the centre as we implement our culture of excellence in service & innovation in education and care. Key responsibilities: · Operational Support: Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the centre, including staffing rosters, enrolment processes, marketing initiatives, centre events, and internal communications. · Family and Community Engagement: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community to build trust, engagement, and a sense of belonging. · Compliance and Quality Assurance: Support the Centre Manager in maintaining compliance with all internal policies, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring the centre meets or exceeds National Quality Standards. Qualifications & experience: · Certificate 111 level or higher Early Childhood Qualification, or equivalent as approved by ACECQA · Must have experience in the ECEC industry, previous experience as Administration Assistant will be highly regarded but not essential · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Qikkids, with additional experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, and cloud-based systems (e.g. OneDrive, SharePoint). · Confident in using digital documentation platforms, data entry tools, email and communication tools, Child portfolios and digital learning documentation tools. · Current WWCC, First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis Certificate, Asthma Certificate & Food Handlers Certificate · Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework & relevant legislations At Nino ELA we believe talented, creative and passionate team members are essential to the health, happiness and development of the children in our centres.
