We operate across two purpose-built and accredited sites in Sydney, offering over 20 specialty skin clinics and access to over 50 dermatologists. As a registered education institution, we estimate that over 95% of NSW dermatologists have spent time training with us, and we currently train more dermatologists than any other institution in Australia. About the role: This role supports the functions of the Customer Services & Relationship Manager to ensure that the provision of quality service to patients, medical officers and nurses by the Reception staff exceeds their expectations. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and support day-to-day operations Supervise and collaborate with a high performing team Manage appointments, referrals and other medical correspondence Oversee billing Mentoring and developing your team Implement workflow improvements to enhance patient experience Oversee staff scheduling, training and performance management About you: To be successful, ideally your experience will have been gained in the health sector, including: Supervising a hospital or busy medical practice front desk/reception including people leadership experience Processing payments using a billing system Experience with health fund billing Experience with theatre bookings Ensuring a smooth clinic flow of patients Experience rostering using an online management system Experience ordering supplies of budgeted materials in accord with delegated authorities and approval of invoices for payment within budgeted restraints. We are looking for an experienced medical administrator with management experience.
