Responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer service at the trade sales counter – processing orders, quotes, and upselling products. Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, restocking, and inventory support. Manage local deliveries across the Gold Coast – representing the Tradelink brand with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations across the front counter, warehouse, and delivery areas. About you: We are seeking someone dependable and hands-on, with strong interpersonal skills and a flexible team-first mindset. The ideal candidate will possess: Licence Requirements: A valid driver’s licence is essential for the delivery component of the role. A forklift licence is advantageous but not required. Industry Experience: Experience in trade or retail sales, warehousing, or delivery driving is highly regarded. Adaptable Workstyle: Friendly, practical, and flexible – confident moving between customer service and warehouse duties as needed. Team-Oriented: Proven ability to thrive under pressure while contributing to a close-knit, high-performing team.
