About the Role: We are seeking a physically capable individual to join our team as an Avocado Packer & Forklift Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for lifting and stacking boxes of avocados overhead onto pallets, operating a forklift to load and weigh bins of avocados, and loading pallets onto trucks. Key Responsibilities: • Operate a forklift to load and weigh bins of avocados. • Load pallets of avocados onto trucks. • Lift and stack boxes of avocados overhead onto pallets (up to 2 meters high) • Ensure boxes are securely placed to prevent damage during transport. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Physical Requirements: • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently • Ability to lift and stack boxes overhead (up to 2 meters high) • Stand for extended periods. • Perform repetitive movements (bending and lifting) • Work in a fast-paced environment.
