About The Opportunity As the Project & Maintenance Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of projects and maintenance activities. This role involves: Management of daily activities of contractors, including rosters and after-hours support. Coordinating project activities, people, resources, and information to drive project success. Addressing industrial service requests and maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. Liaising with clients and internal departments to define project requirements and objectives. Planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment performance. Monitoring equipment performance and implementing maintenance strategies to prevent disruptions. Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and tools for timely procurement. Documenting maintenance activities accurately using computerised management systems. About You The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: A valid A-grade electrical license. Demonstrated experience in project and maintenance coordination in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong technical knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and automation processes. Proficient leadership and team management abilities to inspire a diverse workforce. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with negotiating skills. Experience in scheduling and planning within a maintenance role. Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop preventative maintenance systems. Familiarity with industry-specific standards and Australian codes.
