The future is bright, offering endless opportunities for many to Grow with Lindsay’s The Role: We are seeking a local HC Driver’s to join the team in the Adelaide depot for pickup and delivery work. Local drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customer goods and the loading, unloading and load restraint of freight. This role is a full time role working day shift across the full week – weekend work included. Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Working with temperature sensitive produce for local pickup and delivery runs Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork including the use of in-vehicle technology Interacting with clients in a professional manner Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: Have a current & valid HC licence as a minimum. Knowledge of paperwork associated with freight delivery and familiarity using internal cab data systems Have a commitment to workplace health and safety. Have a strong customer focus with good communication skills. Be well presented, professional and reliable. A current and valid Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential. Previous refrigerated transport experience is highly respected in this role.
