Customer Service Order Processing - Data Entry (Moorabbin) - part time (25 hours per week). This is on-site Monday to Friday. Client Details A well-established brand known for manufacturing retail appliances and sold internationally across the globe. Our client is seeking a Data Entry individual to support the Customer Service operations team with processing orders. Description Pos ition Details: Location: Moorabbin, Victoria Hours: Part-time, can be flexible between 8am - 2pm / 9 AM - 3 PM, across 5 days Mon-Fri. Contract: Weekly rolling contract Start Date: ASAP - Immediate start post interview Key Responsibilities: Working with the customer service team to support data entry and administration Process orders through the website portal and dashboard Verify stock availability and manage on-hold inventory as needed Ensure correct payment processing and follow up when required Coordinate with finance, service, and warehouse teams for stock verification Outbound communications for payment processing or customer detail verification No inbound customer service calls, complaint handling, or warranty management Profile Requirements: Entry-level role; Training is provided High attention to detail-errors in processing could result in financial losses (essential) Strong communication skills required Ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems Process-driven mindset with a strong focus on accuracy Strong technical proficiency, particularly with Shopify and NetSuite (desired) Job Offer Receive high level training to support your future career development Opportunity to work for a well established organisation To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
