This is a long-term opportunity with full-time hours on a rotating 2-week roster , covering day, afternoon, and night shifts . What you’ll be doing: Operating batching and mixing equipment following set recipes and production schedules Measuring, blending, and preparing raw materials Performing quality checks during production Monitoring and adjusting machine settings Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in line with food safety standards Operating a forklift to move materials and stock around the site What we’re looking for: Previous experience in batching or machine operation (food, beverage, or manufacturing preferred) Valid forklift licence (LF) – essential Strong understanding of food safety and production processes Must be available for all shifts on a rotating 2-week roster Good communication skills and attention to detail Physically fit and reliable - 25kgs manual hanlding.
