The Role We are currently seeking Warehouse Forklift Operators to support a major cotton ginning operation based in Whitton, NSW. This role involves a combination of forklift operation, general labouring, and warehouse duties. Successful candidates must be physically fit, flexible with hours, and confident during night shifts. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, your duties will include: Operating forklifts to stack/unstack items in warehouses in line with ginning production requirements Loading, unloading, and transporting goods between storage facilities and freight transporters Using gauges, instruments, and computerised monitoring equipment to oversee equipment operations Ensuring goods are correctly stored as per operational requirements Following company safety guidelines and protocols Performing basic daily machine checks (oil, water, battery, tyres, etc.) and completing pre-start checklists Cleaning radiators to remove cotton lint Directing trucks where to park and assisting with traffic flow Participating in site cleanliness and maintenance Willingness to undertake training and work overtime and weekends during peak periods Reporting issues and sharing relevant information with the Site Manager Benefits Excellent pay rate with penalties Supportive team environment Accommodation option is available Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: A current Forklift Licence Proven labouring experience , preferably in hot or rural environments Willingness to work flexible hours , including night shifts and weekends Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment Strong attention to safety, detail, and communication Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
