Opportunity FIFO Site Administrator – Pilbara based, 8:6 roster We are seeking an experienced FIFO Site Administrator for our Rio Tinto project based in the Pilbara. This 8:6 roster role works back-to-back with another administrator to ensure seamless coverage and project continuity. This role is integral to our close-knit project team’s success, involving diverse responsibilities from administration and data entry to procurement and project costing, ensuring that we operate efficiently and effectively. Your Role Will Include Project support and administration Data management and reporting Purchase order and invoice processing Travel and accommodation coordination Roster management Mobilisation and onboarding Maintaining accurate project documentation Collaborating with the wider administration team for consistency and peer support Adhering to company process and procedures Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned What You’ll Bring · A proactive mindset, strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to fast-paced project environments · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar FIFO site administration role, preferably within the civil construction or mining industries · Strong attention to detail and organisational skills · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Valid Australian work rights · Driver's license (minimum "C" class) Beneficial but not essential · Experience with Cheops or similar systems · Certificate in Business (Administration) · First Aid · Rio Tinto inducted (including a valid SAP number) What We Offer Full-time permanent position Competitive salary (including project uplift) Collaborative and supportive team environment focussed on growth and development Fortnightly pay Site based role on an 8:6 roster (12 hour days) Pre-employment Requirements Successful candidates will need to: · Complete a pre-employment medical · Pass initial and ongoing drug & alcohol screening · Comply with Garli’s Drug & Alcohol Policy · Complete a criminal history check Garli Culture At Garli Group, we believe in developing our people.
