About the Role: As the Administration Assistant in Aged Care, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the unit. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and healthcare professionals, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Greeting visitors and answering telephone enquiries Maintaining accurate resident records and documentation Supporting staff with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges Managing office supplies and ward communication systems About You: We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and enjoys working in a team Organised and detail-focused with strong computer skills Able to maintain confidentiality and work in a busy healthcare environment Experienced in administration, ideally in a health or aged care setting Why Join Us?
