The key duties of the position include The Role 39 Operational Support Battalion (39 OSB) is looking for a high performing Administrative Officer to join our small but dynamic admin team. Within the unit, an APS 3 Administration Officer is accountable to perform and achieve straightforward procedural, operational, administrative and business support work within an integrated workforce. Some of the key roles for the position include but are not limited to: Daily management of the unit Registry group mailbox. Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases using Defence information management systems. Provide support to operational, procedural, administrative and business enquiries which will involve policy interpretation. Perform operational administrative tasks for specific ADF Operations and Activities. Ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required.
