Nextt is looking for a passionate and dependable female Disability Support Worker to join our team in a Supported Independent Living ( SIL ) home in Wynnum West . You will be supporting two clients with Down syndrome and autism , providing daily assistance, encouragement, and stability in a structured and supportive environment. About the role We’re looking for a reliable support worker to assist two male clients in Wynnum West. Both have limited verbal communication and benefit from consistent support with daily routines, personal care prompts, and emotional regulation. The ideal candidate is calm, clear, and confident—able to follow structured plans and provide steady, proactive support. No manual handling is required. Shifts Week 1: Monday: 4:00pm to 8:30am ( Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am) Friday: 2:00pm to 8:00am ( Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am) Week 2: Monday: 4:00pm to 8:30am ( Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am) Friday: 2:00pm to 8:00am ( Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am) Pay Rates SCHADS Award PPT schedule E SIL (before tax), plus annual and personal leave Day Shift (Base Pay Rate): $33.03 Afternoon Shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.16 Active Night Shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $37.98 .
