Key Responsibilities Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams Draft and manage Site Instructions, Variations, and Claims under both head and subcontract agreements Assess subcontractor variation and payment claims Administer upstream claims to protect contractual entitlements and ensure policy compliance Attend project management meetings to support change management and issue resolution Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and risk mitigation Monitor contract performance and implement practical solutions to ensure project success Essential Criteria Tertiary qualifications in Contracts, Business Law, or a related field (qualifications in Project Management or Quantity Surveying highly regarded) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within energy or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of the AS4000 suite of contracts and relevant legislation, including safety and security of payment Proven experience in commercial negotiation and client relationship management Sound understanding of planning and scheduling principles (Primavera P6 desirable) Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills Solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practices Why Join Genus Infrastructure?
