GMHBA offers a flexible workplace, a community-focused culture, and a great regional lifestyle Description About the opportunity We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Private Health Insurance Branch team in a part time ongoing role (16.5 hours per week). You will be based across two locations- Leopold and the Geelong Health Hub. As part of our branch team, you’ll provide an exceptional customer experience to our members about their health insurance products and services as they visit our store. You’ll complete a range of tasks around our members accounts such as processing claims, payments, membership changes and follow ups as well as promote our range of health services including eye care, dental, and wellbeing reward programs. You will also support our inbound and outbound member campaigns which are designed to make sure our members get the most out of their insurance. Our members come first. And you’ll be an important part of that. Skills And Experiences About you You’ll bring: • Excellent people skills - you’ve worked in busy face customer service roles (like retail, hotels, travel or hospitality) and you’re passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience every time. • Great communication and professionalism at every turn. You’ll be the face of GMHBA, talking to our members in person as well as email and phone. • A talent for explaining complex information in a simple way to our members. Because of the business we’re in, you’ll be referring to policies, premiums, procedures and regulations regularly. • A drive to get the details right in the information you provide to our members and the tasks you complete for them • The initiative to seek out the right solution for our members because you care. • A team player. The information you need to know • Permanent part time role, working 16.5 hours per week.
