We’re after a capable and hands-on Contract Administrator who has already run with 1–2 projects and is ready for their next challenge. The Opportunity Project: 4 boutique luxury units in Eastern Suburbs valued at $10M. Secure pipeline: Another project kicking off in 2025, outstanding location, build value up to $20M. You’ll be site-based and involved in the full procurement lifecycle, working closely with a dedicated team. What We’re Looking For 1–2 projects delivered end-to-end as CA. Strong procurement experience from tendering to letting and variations. Take projects full cycle CC, DA and OC. Comfortable being based on-site. Bluebeam experience is a bonus. Genuine team player who wants to grow with a business and stay long term.
