This position plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the internal IT systems and infrastructure that power our day-to-day operations (excluding product systems). You'll also contribute to our cyber security efforts, helping keep us secure and resilient. How You'll Contribute: Support and manage our internal telephony (PureCloud/Genesys) and call centre systems Provide Salesforce admin support and assist in sales tech transformation Deliver Level 3 IT support across multiple locations via various channels (Slack, remote, in-person, email) Log and resolve issues via our internal ticketing platform, escalating as needed Perform key operational tasks like patching, upgrades, and installations Liaise with vendors for escalated tech and security concerns Maintain access controls and user permissions across platforms Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and maintain SAML/SSO integrations Provide feedback to improve implementation processes Assist with AWS-related support and integrations Create and manage internal reporting, automations, and system connections Maintain mobile fleet inventory Your Background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience Solid IT operations experience within mid-sized businesses Familiarity with VoIP or messaging platforms, ideally PureCloud/Genesys Working knowledge of scripting (preferably Python) Strong grasp of networking fundamentals (IP, cabling, troubleshooting) Proficiency in Google Workspace Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas for all stakeholders Analytical mindset with a proactive, user-focused approach Nice to Have: Experience using Google Admin Console A background in IT automation and systems improvement Experience conducting incident reviews and root cause analysis Awareness of SaaS tools and related security considerations Benefits: Extra paid leave for birthdays, volunteering, and work anniversaries Fresh breakfasts, snacks, and fruit daily A vibrant CBD-based office Weekly social events and regular company-wide activities By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
