This isn’t your typical admin gig — it’s part sales, part support, and 100% about delivering awesome experiences. You’ll be the go-to expert helping customers pick the perfect subscription package, keeping them happy, and ensuring every vehicle is running smoothly and looking sharp — all while boosting your earnings through commission on every successful match! What You'll Be Doing • Assist customers with subscription enquiries and guiding them to the most suitable option • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high retention rates • Meet monthly targets for new vehicle subscriptions • Complete and manage all subscription-related documentation with strong attention to detail • Coordinate servicing and vehicle detailing for returned vehicles • Monitor active subscriptions and resolving any customer issues or concerns • Support national teams with onboarding, customer care, and platform guidance • Participate in end-of-month reviews and ongoing process improvements • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Experience & Qualifications • Experience in a customer service role within a customer-first environment • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organised with a detail-oriented mindset • Proficiency in CRM platforms and general business technologies • Ability to work well in a team and independently • A valid Australian Driver’s Licence What’s In It For You? • Earn $65,000 per annum Superannuation Monthly Incentives • Friends and Family Subscription Discount • Be part of a growing, forward-thinking business in the automotive space • Work alongside a supportive and high-performing team • Drive real impact through meaningful client relationships and strategic sales initiatives • Competitive salary and performance incentives About The Company Karmo is Australia’s largest car subscription provider, leading a fast-growing movement toward flexible, affordable, and convenient vehicle access.
