What you’ll be doing Providing 1:1 administrative support to a Senior Lawyer in Personal Injury law; Driving workflow and keeping matters on track, from managing deadlines to tracking KPIs; Preparing legal documents, briefs to Counsel, and court bundles; Coordinating expert and medical appointments; Handling client communications with empathy and clarity, ensuring they’re informed and supported; and Managing files, correspondence and general administrative tasks within a legal practice management system. What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within personal injury law; Confident handling billing processes with accuracy and efficiency; Proactive mindset - always thinking ahead and anticipating what’s next; Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail; Self-motivated and able to work independently; and Genuine dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
