Recruitment Administrator — Perth, Perth Region

As a Recruitment Administrator , you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the internal recruitment team, helping to streamline processes and deliver outstanding candidate experience. From maintaining applicant tracking systems, managing a large shared inbox, to assisting with onboarding and support for candidates beginning their journey with the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in recruitment and or HR, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a fun team that values efficiency, accuracy and collaboration. Key responsibilities: Management of the internal recruitment team communications systems and shared inbox. Maintain accurate recruitment records and systems. Assist in onboarding and mobilisation activities, including contracts and compliance. Ensure timely follow up, background checks and documentation collection. Work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. What You Bring: 3 Years Administrative Experience – Exposure to Human Resources or Recruitment advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to adapt to a fast pace continually evolving environment. Team first attitude and willingness to help and learn.
