Roles and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients, resolving complex IT issues. Perform onsite visits to client locations in the Kalgoorlie area. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software problems. Implement and maintain network infrastructure and systems. Configure and deploy new equipment and solutions. Manage project implementation for clients. Provide escalation support for Level 1 technicians. Create and maintain technical documentation. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues before they impact clients. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure excellent service delivery. Role Requirements: Prior experience in a level 2 or 3 support role working with managed services (MSP). Current driver's license. A clear customer-first approach. Previous project implementation experience will help you within this role. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Certifications are highly regarded – MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA A/Network, or equivalent certifications.
