Location: Alexandria, NSW Salary: $60,000-$75,000 Super Position: Logistics & Warehouse Assistant Hours: 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri) Contract: Permanent Posistion We are seeking a permanent Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to support our fast-paced and customer-focused logistics department. This role will be the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital part in the smooth coordination of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and timely deliveries. Competitive rate $60,000-$75,000 plus super depending on experience Full-time permanent role, Day Shift Immediate start available Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Conduct functional testing on devices to ensure they are operating correctly Prepare and pack devices accurately in line with installation packing lists Deliver equipment for installations, training sessions, and demonstrations as required Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment Support the setup and pack-down (bump in/out) of conferences and events Assist with stocktakes and inventory control as needed Provide logistical support for industry events, including equipment transport and setup What You’ll Need: Excellent coordination and communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and support team efficiency in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with inventory management is highly regarded Familiarity with the waste management or environmental services industry is advantageous, though not essential Proficient in Office 365 and similar software tools Able to work well under pressure, effectively multitask, and demonstrate st : rong problem-solving abilities A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude A valid Australian driver’s licence is essential, along with the ability to drive a manual van for deliveries.
