Warehouse Admin / Pick Packer - Medical Sector | Ermington → Wetherill Park | Temp to Perm We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator / Pick Packer to join a leading 3PL logistics provider specialising in healthcare and medical products. This is a hands-on hybrid role combining administration and manual pick packing , ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Oracle, SAP, or CargoWise . Key Responsibilities: Manual picking and packing of medical and healthcare products Admin duties including data entry, order processing, and inventory updates using WMS (Oracle, SAP, or CargoWise) Generating picking slips, labels, and dispatch documentation Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment Quality control checks and stock integrity management Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace Requirements: Previous warehouse admin and manual picking experience Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) - Oracle, SAP, or CargoWise experience a bonus High attention to detail and accuracy Must be Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen - Temp to Perm opportunity Must have own transport (no public transport access to sites) Experience in pharmaceuticals or medical logistics highly regarded What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate $35 per hour Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm/ 9am - 5pm (must be flexible) Temp-to-perm opportunity Work with well-established clients in the medical industry Supportive team and management
