This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys autonomy, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. You'll be part of a family-run logistics business and will be involved in all aspects of warehouse activity, taking ownership of key tasks and ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient outcomes across multiple clients. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to coordinate daily operations and drive warehouse performance Operate high-reach forklifts (double deep experience highly regarded) Pick packing and managing inbound and outbound freight across varied product lines Unpack containers as required (manual handling up to 25kg) Use RF scanners and CartonCloud Maintain stock accuracy and handle client-specific requirements Communicate via email and warehouse systems Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment You will have: Current forklift licence with high-reach forklift experience (double deep experience a bonus) Experience using RF scanners; familiarity with CartonCloud a bonus Strong attention to detail and time management skills Solid computer literacy (email and warehouse systems) A reliable, proactive, and self-motivated attitude Confidence working independently and taking initiative in a warehouse setting Must be physically fit and able to safely lift and carry items up to 25kg Sounds like your ideal role?
