This opportunity involves supporting a male client residing in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. About the Role Our client has complex behaviours of concern and significant communication needs . Strict adherence to his Behaviour Support Plan and daily routine is essential to ensure consistency and quality of care. He enjoys engaging in a range of creative and expressive activities, including cooking, coloring, drawing, dancing, singing , and baking .
