Senior Systems Engineer – NFP Company Melbourne | Permanent | $130k Base Super Benefits We’re partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit organisation, currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their ICT team on a permanent basis. Key Details: Must be Melbourne-based Must have full Australian working rights Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office (Tuesday–Friday) Base salary: $130k super generous benefits Smart salary packaging options 5 weeks annual leave 1 RDO/month Time-in-lieu for overtime On-call roster (weekly allowance when rostered) About the Role: This hands-on role will see you take ownership of key enterprise systems, including physical and virtual infrastructure, Citrix environments, and core Microsoft and Cisco technologies. You’ll ensure stability, performance, and availability through proactive maintenance, capacity planning, and expert-level troubleshooting. Your Expertise: Proven experience in IT systems engineering within an enterprise ITIL environment Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS/MCS, Netscaler/ADC) Proficiency in virtualization technologies, particularly VMware (supporting 23 servers) Solid skills across the Microsoft stack – AD, Azure, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, GPO Familiarity with the Cisco suite and on-premises infrastructure , including support of legacy systems Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering consistent and detailed results Tech Environment: Citrix: XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, MCS, Netscaler (ADC) Virtualisation: VMware, Citrix Cloud, Azure Microsoft: Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO Cisco infrastructure Legacy and on-prem systems Apply Now or reach out for a confidential conversation:
