What You'll Be Working On Lead daily planning and task allocation for receiving, picking, and dispatch operations Work closely with the Distribution Centre Manager on all inbound and outbound operations Ensure all documentation and orders are prepared 24 hours ahead of picking Oversee WMS system management and ensure accurate scanning through all processes Collaborate with Team Leaders to meet KPIs through effective communication and resource planning Implement quality control measures and drive process improvements for increased efficiency What Type of Person Will Succeed Physically able to perform warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in warehousing operations with understanding of cost impacts Ability to understand and analyse KPIs to drive performance improvements Strong problem-solving skills with experience in developing warehouse efficiency Natural leader who communicates clearly and brings out the best in others How to Apply We're excited to grow our team and would love to learn more about you.
