Department: Creative Reports directly to: Chief Creative Officer/Head of Resource Contract : 12 weeks TBWA REPRESENTS Disruption has never been a catchphrase or a trend. It’s a mindset. It’s a behaviour. We don’t dabble in Disruptive thinking. We embody it, day in and day out. When we solve problems, we do it collectively. None of us is better than all of us. Together we strive to create disruption the world needs. About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a PowerPoint Designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. At TBWA, our decks don’t just inform — they inspire, sell, and shift perceptions. You’ll join a fast-paced, highly collaborative creative team where presentations are treated like key brand assets, not afterthoughts. This is a role for a designer who understands that slides can be strategic, and that clarity and creativity go hand in hand. You’ll be translating ideas into bold, brand-led decks that win pitches, energize campaigns, and support top-tier clients across industries. THE TASK AT HAND Responsibilities: Create branded templates, iconography, and infographics tailored to each client or campaign. We also require templates for our 4 internal brands. Design and build visually stunning PowerPoint presentations for new business pitches, campaign wrap-ups, strategy decks, and client workshops. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, art directors, and account teams to turn insights and ideas into compelling visual narratives. Bring energy and rhythm to decks through smart use of layout, transitions, and light animation — all while keeping the content crystal clear. Elevate existing slides — transform content into exciting, agency-quality work. Balance multiple deadlines and stakeholders, often working at speed without sacrificing craft. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA A creative thinker with 3 years’ experience designing PowerPoint decks in an agency, brand, or freelance capacity. Obsessed with detail and design principles — layout, hierarchy, typography, and colour are second nature to you. Fluent in PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of slide masters, animations, and efficient workflows. Confident working with brand guidelines but also comfortable breaking the mold when the brief demands it. Bonus points for skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), Figma, Google Slides, or motion design. WHAT LIFE IS LIKE AT TBWA Fast paced, collaborative and rewarding We’re professionals but don’t take ourselves too seriously We’re hard on the work, kind to each other We’re a diverse bunch of misfits (in a good way) We’re flexible, but believe the good stuff happens when we’re in the agency together
