We are currently looking for an outgoing and organised Customer Service Officer to join our team in Griffith. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Providing high level customer service and advice. Working collaboratively with RWE internal departments including retail, design, service, fabrication and automation to assist in providing a timely and efficient customer service experience. Providing administrative support, including answering telephone enquiries, assisting with the management of stock transactions, stock receipts, quoting and stock take. Maintaining branch appearance and ensuring the Branch is presented to a high standard.
