As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping individuals lead more independent and fulfilling lives, both at home and in the community. Your day-to-day may include: Mentoring and skill-building – support customers in discovering and developing their interests Coaching life skills – from cooking to cleaning and everything in between Administering medication and following tailored support plans Clear documentation – handover notes, incident reports, and communication logs Personal care – assisting with dressing, toileting, showering, and feeding when needed Community connection – helping clients participate in local cultural and recreational programs Experience with diabetes management or PEG feeding is a bonus! What You Bring – Make It Matter To thrive in this role, you'll need: Flexibility – available for varied shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, weekends) Strong communication – connect effectively with verbal and non-verbal clients A valid full driver’s licence (must-have!)
