About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and driven individual to join our team in a hands on administrative support function. In this position, the Service Administrator’s primary focus is to support our Service department with providing ongoing customer service and administration support. Responsibilities & Duties Answer incoming enquiries Raise quotes and purchase orders Process job cards Process payable invoices General administration support ie. Running reports, updating spreadsheets and AS400 Assist with stocktake. Requirements Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you will have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, a high-energy approach, fast learning skills and motivation to succeed.
