About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join the project team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of construction projects by providing engineering expertise, coordinating site activities, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities. Monitor project progress and prepare site reports. Ensure works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards. Conduct quality inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation. Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Support Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives on site. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support as required. Assist with procurement, scheduling, and cost control. Key Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of construction processes and engineering principles. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of HSEQ requirements and standards.
