Your Employer Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the construction materials sector, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the cement operations team in Pinkenba, QLD. This full-time role will be instrumental in managing commercial and supplier contracts, tracking project variations, and supporting cross-department coordination. Your Role As a Contract Administrator, you will prepare and manage vendor and client contracts, assist with procurement and logistics documentation, and liaise with operational managers to ensure compliance and timely execution. You will also support internal reporting and variation tracking. Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and review contracts and work orders for vendor services and customer sales. Assist with contract negotiations and track variations in agreement terms and deliverables. Respond to internal and external queries regarding contracts, services, and deliverables. Support the management of purchase orders, invoicing, shipping documentation, and payment reconciliation. Maintain up-to-date and accurate administrative records and contract documentation. Liaise with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth implementation of contract-related activities. Collect and analyse data from cement operations and projects to support internal reporting. Provide administration support to departmental managers, including coordination of reporting and project support tasks. Contribute to the preparation of internal submissions and stakeholder reports. Ensure compliance with organisational processes, procurement policies, and WHS standards. Skills & Experience Diploma in Business Administration or above. 2–5 years in contract administration, project coordination, or similar roles. Strong written communication and contract record-keeping skills. Experience in ERP systems and proficiency with Excel and Word. High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines. Salary & Benefits Annual salary: $76,500 – $80,000 plus superannuation. Full-time position based in Pinkenba, QLD.
