You’ll play a key role in shaping team culture, streamlining processes, and delivering on operational goals. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, inwards and outwards goods, stock movements, and dispatch. • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff to build a high-performance team. • Manage staff selection, performance, and development to ensure team competencies align with business goals. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. • Maintain high standards of workplace safety and compliance with OH&S regulations. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular stock takes to ensure stock accuracy. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain and logistics outcomes. • Promote a strong team culture aligned with Glass Outlet’s values and customer service standards. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in a warehouse management or similar operational leadership role. • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop individuals and teams. • Operationally hands-on with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on outcomes. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Confident using basic technology (e.g., email, Excel, online HR and safety platforms and inventory systems). • Forklift licence (essential); MR licence (advantageous but not required). • A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively. ________________________________________ What You’ll Get • A full-time, Monday to Friday position • A fast-paced and rewarding work environment. • A chance to make a significant impact and grow with a nationally recognised brand. • Supportive leadership and ongoing development opportunities. ________________________________________ Ready to Step Up?
