Customer Service Officer — Gladesville, Ryde Area

About the Role This full-time role is central to ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order processing using SAP. You’ll work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics and Manufacturing to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include: Processing and managing customer orders in SAP Monitoring shipments and delivery timelines Responding to customer queries via phone and email Maintaining accurate customer and order records Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Generating reports and insights using SAP Supporting continuous improvement in customer service processes About You You’re organised, solutions-focused and enjoy working with systems and people.
