We are seeking a professional and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a reputable NSW government service centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and prior experience in call centres, administration, or retail to make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing: Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face Process service requests accurately and efficiently Support users in navigating systems and services Maintain strong email etiquette and adhere to communication standards What You’ll Bring: 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, admin, or retail) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate computer skills (typing, email, Microsoft Outlook & Teams) Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Previous government experience (highly regarded but not essential) Training & Development: Full-time (35 hours/week) on-site training for 8–10 weeks Mandatory travel to Penrith or Coffs Harbour for two separate 5-day training sessions (All expenses covered; receipts required for reimbursement) This is your chance to join a supportive team environment and contribute to meaningful public services.
