Mechanical Drafter - AutoCAD Experienced Sydney, NSW - Leading company looking to fill Design Drafting role. Showcase your mechanical design and drafting skills Initially a contract role for three to six months. An excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your Mechanical drafting skills within a growing company. We have partnered with this leading supplier and manufacturer who require a mechanical drafter. An experienced person with strong skills in AutoCAD 2D CAD software. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will provide mechanical design support including modification of existing production lines, Plant Layouts, General Arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your mechanical drafting skills and work within a company that has fantastic growth opportunity. The successful candidate will have: Drafting Cert 3 TAFE. Or Advanced Diploma. Design Drafting experience using AutoCAD 2D CAD software. Mechanical design and drafting of Factory Floor, Plant Layouts, mechanical, Conveyors, silos, tanks, piping. Must have a high regard for Safety, design attitude, be involved in decision making. Work history with the mechanical drafting in a Manufacturing / Factory environment. FMCG Experience an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal English skills as you will be discussing product specifications. This is initially a 2-5 day a week contract role for the next three to six months, with an excellent company that values and rewards their people.
